Have you noticed that the more we clutter up our houses, the more cluttered our minds are, and that the less exercise we do, the less healthy we become?

Or maybe you have felt ill for so long that you feel you don’t have the energy to clean up. The great irony of this is that you won’t get the energy unless you do clean up.

There is also a metaphysical reason we need to constantly simplify and get rid of the clutter in our life. Sure, it cleans up the place and it looks better, but of far more importance is that in terms of our health you will be amazed at not only how much better you will feel but how miraculously you find the very doctor or therapist or medicine or product that you need to help you get well.

However here is more to this exercise than merely throwing out old, unwanted stuff. This exercise is the beginning of the removal of subconscious mind control and resistance; If you recognized that you can’t throw something out that you don’t wear, then you are keeping it for an emotional reason and not because you might wear it some day.

If you find yourself thinking: ‘I really should keep this, it cost so much’ it is  an indication that you have a money issue or a blockage in your subconscious mind that you need to release.
