New Subconscious Mind Exercises EWorkbook - Release Negative Thoughts, Beliefs, and Emotions


Why is it that some people who drink and smoke live long lives while others who appear to be living a healthy lifestyle die young?


People have constantly asked me for more exercises to access their subconscious mind so that I have now written an E workbook to do just that. Check it out!!


These exercises will enable you to access your subconscious mind, release negative thoughts, beliefs and emotions and clear the way for you to have the health, wealth and happiness that is your birthright. When you think of it you were born a winner.


You were born a winner!


Let me tell you a story:


"Once upon a time there was one little egg that was happily waiting for a big, strong sperm to swim along and help her fulfill her life’s purpose. (I told you this was a metaphysical tale!)


Swimming towards her were hundreds and thousands of strong swimming sperm racing each other to get to her first.


The little egg was so excited: “Who would win the race? What would he look like?” She was so happy, knowing she was about to meet her soul mate. (Metaphysics again!)


Meanwhile all the sperm were racing and shouting to each other.

“I’ll win!” said one sperm.”

“No, you won’t, I’m going to win.” said another.

“You are both wrong – I’m winning” shouted a third as the sperm raced each other. Faster and faster they swam to get to the little egg.


All the sperm were swimming as fast as they could until one moved to the front and started to lead the others. Faster! Faster! Faster! He swam until. …Finally there… she was!


He won! He won the race! He was the winner!


And since he won the race and became you, YOU were born a winner.


So if you were born a winner, what did you swim so fast for? Why were you so determined to win? What is your life purpose? What are your values and how do they influence the work /lifestyle you have?


As you work through the exercises in my Eworkbook, you will gain access to exactly what your subconscious mind is thinking that is creating ill health, work or relationship problems, financial problems - in fact everything that is going on in your life now is exactly what your subconscious mind is creating for you without you even knowing it.


Here are 2 examples of the subconscious mind exercises in my workbook:

The 4 big questions

A) These big 4 questions if answered fully will give you deep insight and if you act on them will definitely change your life: 1) What do you want? 2) What will having that do for you?

3) How will you know when you have it?

4) Who or what do you have to give up in order to have it?


Letting go of past hurtful relationships

B) To help you let go of past relationships that no longer serve you, that have hurt you:

» You are sitting in a chair » Imagine the person is sitting in a chair opposite you » Say to that person: “I get so angry when you ….” (fill in the sentence with as much detail as you can) » Then say to that person: “When I think of what our relationship could have been I resent it when you…” (fill in the sentence with as much detail as you can)”

» Now imagine a light shining through your heart to the other person’s heart and quietly allow that light to heal both of you. » Imagine that the person is also forgiving you.


Once you think you have completely forgiven everyone you need to, wait a few days and then ask yourself: “Is there anyone who I need to release or forgive?”


Your mind will let you know if there is someone still to release. Just keep doing this release until there is no one that you have to release.


Don’t be surprised if you need to forgive yourself and release that part of you that is no longer relevant to who you are now.
